The Blitz (formerly Grow Simplee) integration allows you to show estimated delivery dates and check if orders can be delivered to a customer’s pincode. It helps your customers know:

  • When their order might arrive
  • Whether delivery is available in their area
  • If Cash on Delivery (COD) is an option

This feature improves buyer confidence, reduces delivery-related inquiries, and helps ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Blitz supports both standard and hyperlocal delivery services and provides real-time delivery estimates based on your store's configuration.

1. I’ve set up the integration, but delivery dates aren’t showing. What should I check?

Make sure all required fields—username, password, source pincode, and both endpoint URLs—are entered correctly. Also check your network connection.

2. The COD option isn’t showing. Why?

COD is only shown if it’s available for the pincode entered. If COD is not supported in that area, the system will not display it.

3. Do I need to upload any CSV files?

No. Blitz works through a secure API connection and does not require manual uploads.

4. What if the delivery estimate doesn’t match what I expect?

The estimate is provided directly by Blitz based on your shipping source and the customer’s pincode. If it seems incorrect, contact your Grow Simplee account manager to review serviceability data.

5. Can I use Blitz for hyperlocal deliveries?

Yes. The system can show shorter delivery timelines for hyperlocal deliveries, if supported in your Blitz account.

6. How often do I need to re-enter my credentials?

You don’t. The integration securely stores and manages authentication tokens automatically. You’ll only need to update credentials if they change on Blitz’s side.

7. Can I test the feature before going live?

Yes. You can test it within your app preview environment by entering sample pincodes to confirm delivery details are shown correctly.

8. Who do I contact if delivery info isn’t working?

First, check your configuration in the Appbrew dashboard. If everything looks correct but the issue persists, reach out to the Appbrew support team for help.
